Responsibilities
- Develop complex design from concept ideation to proof of concept and design verification
- Create, test, and/or improve products by developing experiments and tests (including writing and executing protocols), analyse results, making recommendations, and developing reports, based on engineering principles
- Generate work instructions, test methods, engineering drawings/prototypes, etc. to establish/characterize product and/or process specifications
- Assign R&D support tasks; gives instruction to technicians on conducting tests; train technicians and provide feedback; and coordinate technician work
- Identify, evaluate, manage, and provide guidance to suppliers, including establishing tolerances and defining acceptance criteria for suppliers
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering
- 5-6 Years Experience Required.
- Proven SolidWorks capabilities
- Proven experience with multi-disciplinary systems design
- Proven experience with multi-tasking and multi-projects workload
- Fast execution, highly motivated team player
- Hands-on approach
- Fluent English (oral and written)
