We are looking for a highly motivated, seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in driving sales, managing distributor networks, and navigating complex healthcare environments. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and achieving significant revenue growth in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning and Execution:
- Manage and inspire distributor partners across the USA to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, and competitive landscape to ensure success.
- Understand and address the specific needs and dynamics of key market segments, including military, EMS, and hospitals.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with the company’s overall objectives and drives year-over-year revenue growth.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Create actionable sales plans, tools, and resources, including KOL engagement, sales intelligence, and training programs, to support successful strategy execution.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value propositions of the company’s products and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across supply chain, finance, regulatory affairs, product management, and R&D to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
Voice of the Customer:
- Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with distributors and key customers to better understand their business objectives, needs, and challenges.
- Proactively identify and address sales team obstacles to drive performance.
- Enhance distributor loyalty and customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and excellent customer service.
Team Player:
- Foster an engaging, collaborative environment to build pride and drive performance within the distributor teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading business development and sales activities in the U.S. healthcare industry, managing direct sales of at least $10 million annually.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Expertise in presenting technical and educational content to diverse audiences.
- Strong background in managing distributor relationships and sales teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a high sense of accountability.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written (native-level proficiency is a plus).

- Full-time position.
- Frequent travel to the USA is required (30-50% )
