Regional Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Planning and Execution

  • Manage and motivate distributor partners in the designated territories.
  • Extensive experience with company’s products competitive landscape and usage.
  • Deep Knowledge of each designated territory segmentation (military, EMS, hospitals).
  • Translate the sales strategy into yearly operational plans.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Build an actionable plan, required tools, and resources to implement strategy’s execution (CRM, sales intelligence, training, etc.).
  • Enhancing profitability and market share in the territories
  • Insuring smooth coordination sales efforts with supply chain, finance, regulation, products and R&D managers in the company

Voice of the customer

  • Identify and address distributor challenges and needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the various stakeholders in the territory.
  • Build and grow distributor loyalty and customer satisfaction.

Team player

  • Create an engaging environment and build a sense of pride among the teams. Translate the unit direction and goals into individual goals, enhance performance and growth of the team.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in building and leading global sales activities in the healthcare industry, in direct annual sales scopes of at least USD X million.
  • BA/MA in Business/Life science.
  • Confident in presenting commercial and technical information.
  • Strong experience in distribution management to healthcare organizations (hospitals, HMOs, and KOLs)
  • Excellent negotiation and customer facing skills.
  • Result-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Languages – Excellent verbal and written English. Other languages – an advantage.

Addition notes:

  • Full time position
  • The position requires visits to customers, travelling abroad.
